The Verbena on the Beach necklace centers one genuine hand-pressed verbena flower — soft pink with a jewel-toned heart and its slender stem intact — set against a calm seafoam green ground. Because the botanical is real, no two pendants are ever exactly alike. The flower is sealed in poly-resin within a 3/4" square setting of sterling silver plated pewter, designed in-house and cast and plated in Rhode Island before being completed by hand in Shari Dixon's Tennessee artisan studio. It hangs from a sterling silver plated steel chain measuring 16" with an extension, so it sits pretty at the collarbone or dropped a touch lower.
